What is Evergreen BizLink?
Evergreen BizLink is a statewide, online referral network that links Washington business owners to local, regional, and state resource partners who provide business and financial technical assistance to help businesses grow and prosper. 

At the heart of Evergreen BizLink is the Resource Navigator, which streamlines access to vital business and financing resources 24/7 at the click of a button for every business owner in Washington State. Evergreen BizLink is a free service. 

Evergreen BizLink is powered by the Washington State Microenterprise Association (WSMA) in collaboration with the WA State Department of Commerce and our founding partners the Small Business Administration (SBA), Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), Washington Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Washington Main Street and the Washington Economic Development Association (WEDA).

Nonprofits, public agencies and academic institutions that provide business training, technical assistance and/or financing to entrepreneurs and small businesses in WA can apply to be on the platform. There is no cost to be listed. Simply complete the online form.

Coming Soon! American Financial Solutions will begin a pilot program for micro and small business owners. The goal of their Small Business Owner (SBO) program is to provide financial coaching and counseling to help owners be successful and confident in growing and maintaining their businesses. Coaching aids owners in assessing growth readiness and areas of potential improvement. Business Impact NW, formerly Community Capital Development promotes lending and economic opportunities to under-served populations. BIN provides small business consulting services, training and networking.


Calculator Soup is a free online calculator. Here you will find free loan, mortgage, time value of money, math, algebra, trigonometry, fractions, physics, statistics, time & date, and conversions calculators. Many of the calculator pages show work or equations that help you understand the calculations.


Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship provides accessible and affordable “first step” entrepreneurship training, one-on-one consulting and other support, empowering people to build resilient, sustainable, and equitably shared community wealth. 


Communities Rise works with organizations (including nonprofits) and small businesses located in Washington State providing legal services, legal clinics, and grant writing assistance.


The Entrepreneurial Law Clinic (ELC) teams law and business students with pro bono attorneys and business advisors to provide critical early stage legal and business counseling.


Mercy Corps Northwest works to assist motivated low-income individuals to improve their lives by starting or expanding a small business.  MCNW offers a range of services, including seminars and small business loans.


Northwest Access Fund (formerly Washington Access Fund) is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) established by and for people with disabilities in Washington and Oregon. Northwest Access Fund provides low-interest loans and other financing services to help individuals with disabilities obtain the technologies and business equipment needed to live independently and to succeed at school, at work, at play, and in the community.


Operation Hope offers a Small Business Development Program which provides Small Business Coaches to help identify and address the issues faced in starting or growing a business. Coaches help entrepreneurs and new or existing small business owners identify their key needs and then provide the education, coaching and connections needed to improve their businesses. 


SaverLife incentivizes saving through prizes, rewards, expert resources, and gameplay. Through an integrated network of employers, financial institutions, nonprofits, and advocacy groups, they advance aspirational savings programs, analytic insights, and policy initiatives dedicated to a more equitable America.


Ventures provides access to business training, capital, coaching, and hands-on learning opportunities for entrepreneurs with limited resources and unlimited potential.
