The purposes of this directory is to provide accessible and affordable resources for financial coaching, counseling and education in Washington state. We tend to include nonprofit and government partners, though we will make exceptions if services are provided at low-to-no cost, or with affordable sliding scale fee options. There is also a link to "Request a Financial Education Presentation," which allows them to request specific/tailored Financial Education related presentations to be presented to any audience. They have access to over 50 free finance related modules created by EverFi that folks can utilize for various financial related topics. These modules are offered both in English, and En EspaƱol. We connect folks to resources related to buying a home, preventing foreclosure, and home-repair/modification. Through our hotline, website, and online portal, we provide our clients with personalized information and referral to vetted homeownership supports, including: homebuyer assistance programs, pre-purchase education and counseling, mortgage and property tax foreclosure intervention counseling, reverse mortgage counseling, owner-occupied repair assistance, other post-purchase education and assistance, legal aid, and credit counseling.
